Better signature field management
We’ve implemented a number of changes to signature fields with this release. To get a quick overview of these improvements, watch the one-minute video provided below:
Always-On Field Editing Mode
Now the signature field editing mode is always on. Simply type in the signer's email and click "Add" in the new signer block.
Clear Annotations of Signature Field Assignments
Previously, signature fields were all represented by blue rectangles. Now, each rectangle displays the assigned signer.
Unassign and Reassign as Needed
Made a mistake with the assignments? You can easily assign and reassign fields by clicking and dragging.
Unassigned fields are displayed below the signers list. Drag the field to the right signer, and the re-assignment is done.
Automatic Saving of Your Work
No need to worry about saving your work while editing. We automatically save your progress every second. When you're ready, simply click the "Send for Signing" button.
Bulk remind to sign
With the bulk remind to sign feature, you have the ability to easily select multiple unsigned documents and send reminders to the pending signers. This feature ensures that no one misses out on signing important documents.
