1. Enhanced Document Scanning with Agrello Codriver AI
We've now enabled Agrello Codriver AI to scan the documents in your folder and extract document metadata. You can view this data in the document details view, making it easier to manage and organize your contracts. Additionally, contract expiry dates are now visible in the document list view.
To enable Agrello Codriver AI to scan your folders, simply go to the Folder Permissions tab and click on the activate toggle.
2. One-Click Export of Signed Documents
You can now export all your signed documents with just one click! Open the folder context menu on the right and click on "Export Signed Documents" to receive a compressed .zip file containing all your signed contracts in seconds.
3. Powerful Agrello Zapier Integration Enhancements
Our Agrello Zapier integration now allows you to send a file from a third-party app and bundle it with an existing template.
For example, you can send a quote from your CRM and combine it with a pre-existing framework agreement template in Agrello into a single ASIC container.
Additionally, you can now send an external object ID over Zapier to Agrello. This allows you to send your Proposal ID with data to Agrello, where it is stored in our database.
Later, you can then use this same ID again in Zapier when you want to send the signed document back to your CRM and link it with a specific proposal.
